Ten years ago, Ethic & Tropic was founded with these extraordinary hand-embroidered animal heads\u2014ritualistic and shamanic objects that have, over the years, also become exceptional pieces of art brut<\/em>. Through a long and intense collaboration with Embera indigenous women, Corinne Bally now creates collections of art objects. Since 2012, and the discovery of a little-known craft, she has provided a livelihood to the indigenous tribes living in the heart of the Darien jungle, one of the most remote and dangerous regions in the world.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
